IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc.. By signing up for a free membership or a paid subscription, or by otherwise using a Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The contents of the FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. service are intended for personal, noncommercial use and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, performed, displayed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission. The Sites do not accept user-uploaded media or files. Text that users submit in on-site games (for example, names or captions shown on leaderboards) may be displayed publicly. Users must not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive text, and FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. may remove any submission at any time.
Any content containing rape, incest, bestiality, or minors is strictly prohibited. Live streams, where offered, are monitored and prohibited or illegal content is removed.
The Sites may contain links to other websites. FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. does not assume liability for the actions, products, or content of external websites.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live or from which you access this site, whichever is higher, to register or subscribe. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account. Paid memberships are sold as automatically renewing subscriptions. Before you pay, the checkout page presented by our payment processor discloses the then-current price, the length of the initial term, and the recurring charge amount and billing frequency. Your subscription continues and the recurring charge will be billed to your payment method automatically until you cancel. The recurring price and frequency are those shown at checkout and in your confirmation; we will give notice of any price change as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time (see Section 10 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy); cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. These auto-renewal terms apply except where a different rule is required by the law of your state or country.
You represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement above, that any materials you submit do not violate any rights, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. THE SITES AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
You agree to indemnify and hold FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Sites.
FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
You may not use any device or software to interfere with the proper working of any Site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Support section of the Site, by contacting legal@flavaworks.com, or through your payment processor's consumer portal; where an online self-service cancellation tool is offered, you may also cancel through it. FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. may terminate your access at any time for breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Sites, or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, located in Chicago, Illinois, or, only if that court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction, in the state courts located in Chicago, Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue, including any claim of forum non conveniens.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes take effect as described in our posting. Your continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

While using FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. Services you may not: use the Services for any illegal purpose; use robots, spiders, or retrieval applications to index any portion of the Services; transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other destructive items; reformat or frame any page without permission; collect personally identifiable information or solicit users; impersonate another person; permit third parties to use your credentials; interfere with FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. systems; resell products or Services; post advertisements, solicitations, or spam; submit false or misleading content; promote unauthorized copies of copyrighted work; or export Content in violation of law. Your continued use indicates acceptance of these policies; if dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
