Paid memberships renew automatically; the price, initial term, recurring charge amount, and billing frequency are shown at checkout, and your subscription continues until you cancel (see the Terms of Service, Section 5). You may cancel at any time through the Support section, by contacting legal@flavaworks.com, or through your payment processor's consumer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
A refund of the initial subscription charge may be requested within three (3) days of purchase, provided that no more than seven (7) videos have been downloaded or watched. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable. Refunds for billing errors are provided as required by law. When a refund is issued, it is credited solely to the payment method used for the original transaction. These terms apply except where a different rule is required by the law of your state or country.
Returns and refunds for physical products purchased on CocoStore are described in the CocoStore Purchases section of our Terms of Service.
If you dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access and referral for collection.
